Subchorionic Hemorrhage

Okay y'all, I'm 5w3d today and I went to the ER because I had been having spotting for a few days and some pain. So they did an ultrasound and said I have a subchorionic hemorrhage. Everything I've read about these seem to be mostly promising, and that they go away usually on their own. It's was tiny and she didn't seem TOO concerned but did tell me to get in to see my OB before my 9 weeks appointment. Anyone else had an experience with this?
