Divorce & Custody advice please.
My husband and I are going through a divorce at the moment and we have a one month old babygirl. Everyone, family, non family, friends who have went through this, even a judge told me to NOT let my little girl stay with her father/let her go to his parents house (where he resides) until something gets settled as he could legally take her and I couldn't do a thing.
I feel like a terrible person, but I don't want to risk losing her. Am I doing the right thing?
