I'm having identical twins!!

Went to my first appointment and I found out I'm having identical twins!! I'm so excited and nervous because I was only expecting one lol. They'll be loved the same though❤️ I'm 5 weeks and 5 days and my due date is June 28th. I have a question. I have a bacterial infection so they gave me metronidazole cream. Is that safe for baby's????
