31weeks and scared😔

I am currently 31weeks and high risk bc of high bp. Today I had my weekly fetal check up. My non-stress test confirmed I have been having contractions, the ultrasound confirmed I was leaking yesterday, and I also have alil protein in my urine. I pray I don't have to deliver my baby girl early. I have my regular two week OB appointment tomorrow and I am so scared he will tell me wat I don't want to hear.
