Missed period??

I haven't had a period all October and I normally get them regularly, but AF hasn't visited me. I'm too scared to test and get another negative but some of my friends told me to wait until it's a week late. Then test but others say pregnancy strikes in 3's so I'll be the only one not and I'm seriously late. Based on here I should've started 3days ago but based on my mental calendar I start the second to last week of every month.

I'm worried because I don't want to get my boyfriends hopes up and it not be true. We've been together for going on 3 years and have been friends for way longer. We've been trying for a few months now.

Should I test or should I wait?
