Taken to Court for Pregnancy?

In October I forgot to take my birth control pill for a day so the whole month I was a day behind. (I would have doubled up but it makes me extremely sick)

I am now 4 days late so I let me longtime boyfriend know this morning when we woke up that I was going to take a pregnancy test. He knew that I had forgotten to take a pill in October and that I was a day behind all month because I informed him.

When I was trying to take the test this morning, he said to me that if I am pregnant and decided to keep the baby then he would take me to court because he didn't ask for this and that it was my fault.

My question is, can a male take a female to court over pregnancy?
