Ladies, in some spermicide and some condoms containing spermicide (I'm looking at you Trojan ENZ among others) there is something called nonoxynol-9.  This can make you more prone to yeast infections!!! That information is not widely broadcasted and it would have saved me months of frustration wondering why I couldn't shake a yeast infection if someone had just told me!  Spread the word, nonoxynol-9 could be what's causing your yeast infections.
