heart burn???

Does anyone else have unbearable heartburn? If so what helps? I'm near tears after 24 hours of continuous heartburn 😢😢

My heartburn was so bad that I had to be sent to the ER because it triggered pre mature labor contractions. Now I was sent on maternity leave early because my doc thinks I'll be having this baby early since instead of my body just having Braxton's, it decided to have actual contractions.

I rely on tums...  the old school chalky tablets.  I also have to avoid triggers or I know I'm gonna pay for it.  My beloved spicy stuff stirs it up as well as anything tomato or pepper based.

Yes I have it at work today... I thought I had a fever... turns out just major heartburn and I could barely eat.

I was experiencing the same thing until my husband bought TUMS for me which helped me tremendously.

All day every day. And it's worse when I lay down. Tums help sometimes but I usually keep some strong peppermint gum or mints around and that helps soothe it more.

I talked to my ob about it and she prescribed me Prevacid which has been a life saver!
