My husband was diagnosed with low sperm count and since then we've taken measurements we're working out 5 times a week, eating heathy along with eating sperm friendly foods and we have started him on the complete fertile aid package. I just hope this is the month. I'm so ready and anxious for this to happen. Has anyone else had their husband diagnosed with low sperm count and if so what did you do to improve?
