blood in stool...

My baby girl is two mths and has been on 7 different formulas and still has blood In her stool sometimes she has it and sometimes she dnt and there's mucus mix in it too.. I'm so stress out cuz she saw a gi and said her colon is inflammate and shld go away in a mth well it's been a month and she still doing but not in ever poop.. the blood is bright red.. I'm stress out thinking the worse. Her poop is always loose and dark green and yellow.. thanks just wanted to know if any other moms been thru this...😔
