IUGR- development delays
My son was born at 36 weeks because an artery in the cord had clotted and he was also small for how far along I was. Once he was born he was confirmed as having asymmetrical IUGR. He had to stay in the nicu for a few days to be monitored but was healthy and didn't have any issue so they let him go home. Anyways he's not meeting all his milestones and as a ftm it's making me worry.. he's 7 months old now.
He can roll over from tummy to back, he's almost able to go from back to tummy and he babbles a lot. He still doesn't have the greatest head control but it thinking that's because he has a big head. He had testing for it and it was all good. But he's not anywhere near sitting up on his own and when he does tummy time he doesn't do a baby push up but can lift up for a second then falls... just wondering if development delays could be because of IUGR?
