not growing

Went in for my first ultrasound today supposed to be 11 weeks today but they found no baby or heard no heartbeat.. I'm so confused! But I've had no cramping or bleeding had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and I saw it but now I see nothing at all.. should I get a second option from another OB before I take the medication for the baby to come out?
