Halloween Prano

Ok,I'm all for a good quick scare but this was just messed up. It's a daycare with kids who look 5 and under. A guy dressed up as Freddy Kruger goes in and scares them. All the kids run screaming and crying as he chases them for about a minute. All along you can hear a daycare working laughing as she is video tapeing. Do u think they took it too far? If I saw my child in the video crying,running and screaming like that I would be one pissed of Momma!
