A good boy or a Bad boy?

I need help and other girls opinion.

I have been with a guy for 1 year. He is a Bad boy he does and sales drugs. That's his life he has a baby mother and he has never really taken me serious, he leaves me hanging when I'm all dressed up and ready to go. He always talk to other girls but claims to love me and actually give me money and buys me what ever I want. I felt like I love him until I had the opportunity to meet per say a prince charming. I have known him for 4 months now and claims he loves me. He has great a future ahead. He goes to collage to become a Sherrif. He also buys me flowers and teddy bears, something the bad boy does not do. The bad boy does not call or text me for days and the good boy is always here. Please help and say who would you pick?
