Really bad pains

So, I went home for a visit and came back really sick (like a cold), but then it got worse. I have started to get hot flashes, dizzy, and now whenever I have sex with my boyfriend my right ovary really hurts. The first time this started it hurt so much that I was bawling my eyes out and it hurt for a couple of days. After it stopped we waited and had fun again and it started to hurt really bad along with the other couple of times trying..I don't understand what is wrong...:(
