The OPK tests are supposed to detect LH in the urine, which surges 1-2 days prior to ovulation and then drops back down. So this month I decided to use the non digital opks so I can track my own LH. They show I've had an LH surge for the past 9 days!! I called my dr yesterday and he wasnt concerned. Said it was normal...I don't think so. Also my bbt didn't spike enough for ovulation, but dr said it did. Ugh! Any insight? Ttc 3 years, being treated for hashimotos and Pre-diabetes. Gluten free and processed sugar free diet. What is going on!
