I don't know what to do.... kind of long. please read if you're willing to help me :(

So my boyfriend just recently freaked out on me because I made a new Instagram account. I made a new one basically because my old one had way too many people on there I didn't know, and I just wanted to start fresh. Well he got mad at me because I'm fallowing a couple guys.. mind you GUY FRIENDS or people I've known since middle school and high school. He tells me I'm being a hoe, and sneaky and that I'm betraying him. Well funny thing is He's fallowing girls on his and I don't even care cause it's not a big fucking deal to me unless obviously their naked or he's hitting them up but he's not. Cause I have trust in him and he clearly doesn't with me. So this early morning he freaks out on me, gets in my face, starts taking my phone away to delete all that I did, was grabbing my arms extremely hard, so of course I was trying to get away from that and I scratched his face and he's bleeding :( THIS IS ALL OVER ME JUST MAKING A NEW ACCOUNT CAUSE APPARENTLY IM BEING A HOE BECAUSE IM FALLOWING A COUPLE GUYS. Mind you I'm pregnant, 27 weeks along with his kid, and on my Instagram it says that & it says happily taken so then guys clearly see I'm in a relationship & my boyfriend STILL FREAKED OUT!!!!!
