ovulation tests, when should we be?" /> Trying for a boy, so we want to be the day I ovulate. This is cd 18 and (cd19)yesterday's test and the unmarked is today (cd20). When should we be for a boy? Anyone successfully used this method?

Female sperm is larger and lives longer... but it's slower. Make sperm is quicker but dies faster. So the theory goes, have sex BEFORE ovulation for a girl (allowing older sperm the chance to fertilise the egg) or have sex AT ovulation for a boy as it will win the race. Either way, there's no guarantee. Have lots of sex. See what you get 👀

Your positive was CD19. It's only positive when the test line is darker than control line or when they are both the same darkness

Honestly In my opinion is i don't think that's true. Although I hear people talk about it. But I def have an app that can help you. It's called lady timer on your calendar it'll tell you on what days you can possibly have a boy or girl. Hope this helps you
