Concerned

So, Sunday I ended up in the ER for sharp pains on my left side around my overies. If the estimate is correct I was about 5 weeks pregnant. They ran my levels and my hcg was around 403. So tomorrow i go in for more blood work to see if my levels are going up, down or the same. Im terrified. Im trying to stay positive. Today though I woke up with flu or cold symptoms. So that is also concerning. Anyways, i wont find out what is going on till next week. We have been trying over a yr for this and now something might be wrong. Not sure how to explain it to our 3 yr old girl. Shes expecting a sibling and is excited. Im trying so hard to put it out if my head and stay positive.
