Food = bleh

I'm in my first trimester, 5 weeks as of tomorrow (first pregnancy, so new to everything happening to my body at the moment) and over the last few days I have completely gone off food. Am having "morning sickness" although mine tends to linger on all day but gets more noticable in the late afternoon and evenings. Is this normal, to not want to eat? I'm trying to keep my fluids up but it is so abnormal for me to not want food! Plus we are in italy on our honeymoon still (yes, honeymoon baby), and so many food that i can't eat anyway (cured meats etc). Please, any advice appreciated and knowing i am not alone in this will make me feel so much better.
