Help!!!!

missed period... but I know I'm not pregnant. I haven't had sex for 3 mins since my boyfriend left for Basic training for Air Force... Im just worried why.. I think it has to do medically. I already have a low count of red blood cells, and other medical issues.. and deal with a lot of stress.. somebody please help
