Tummy Time Help!!!

My baby will be 3 months old next week and I can't get her to do more tab a few minutes of tummy time! I have tried everything from propping her on her boppy pillow, laying on the floor with her and being face to face, using no pillow and putting toys that may interest her in her line of vision and NOTHING works! She gets so upset she has a complete meltdown! I am at a loss of what to do! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
