23 w and I can feel my son very clearly. I can distinguish kicks or punches from body rolls and feel (usually) where he's hanging out. I can also see his movements distinctly from the outside. But I definitely can't tell what I'm touching when I touch him or anything like that. When could you push your belly and say, ah!that's an arm or a head! And that was a kick not a punch
