I avoid because it has all the sugar you would get from the fruits minus the fiber...so it's not filling like eating the actual fruit would be and many of the nutrients are lost.

Too much sugar!! And it's like a corporate product. I think it's better to get or make fresh cold pressed organic juices. It's like Tropicana or something 😏I used to get them before I was forced to do more research based on the state of my health.

My MIL loves to drink these. She is big into being healthy. We were traveling somewhere with her and my FIL and my husband was going into a gas station to get a drink and asked if anyone else wanted one. And she asked him to get her a naked drink and my FIL gave her a funny look so she got really embarrassed and we all just started laughing! 😂😂
