Not counting kicks, wasn't recommended to do it, but instead spend an hour or so every day when relaxing to pay attention to movement and compare day to day.

your dr will tell you when to start. its usually between 26 and 28 weeks. mine had me start at 28 weeks.

I'm 28 weeks and I've read that's the normal time to start counting but no OBGYN hasn't mentioned for me to do it so I just make sure I feel him throughout the day, usually his movements are pretty consistent
