for horrible acid reflux ? any advice

Zantac! I have been miserable for months. Nothing helped. I told my doc and they gave me a prescription. Zantac is a miracle lol

Tums and Zantac work half the time for me. Gaviscon is helping a little bit more but still suffering. I've heard plain almonds help. Mostly, we just have to wait til baby's born. It sucks lol. Mine is severe too.

Two teaspoons of baking soda mixed into a small glass of water. It tastes really salty so I'd suggest drinking it fast! But it works WONDERS.

I use one tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar when I need it! Goes away instantly.
