So I wore some flats yesterday and they ended up cutting the back of my heels. They bleed and it hurt badly. Cleaned it yesterday and put some neosporin on it. Well it's the next day and I just showered and everything and now it's infected. I'm debating if I should re clean it and apply rubbing alcohol or neosporin again. What do you ladies think? Because I don't know
