Do you think eating clean/organic is essential in a healthy baby

It's always nice but no not essential. I've eaten tons of crap and then have days where I barely eat anything and my baby is healthy with no problems.

Organic? Not necessary but if you can afford to sure.

Not even. I've eaten like total crap, but I've hardly gained any weight, and my baby is perfect in there

I can directly connect how I ate during pregnancy and brestfeeding to how my kids eat. Exactly accurate with all 3 of my kids. I ate pizza and cereal with my oldest, and at 7 she still will only eat bread, pizza, and cereal. I ate meat and veggies with my 2nd and at 5 yo, she won't leave the table until all the meat and veggies I prepared have been consumed - she loves raw veggies and a meat sandwich over toast or pizza. I ate inbetween that with my 3rd (now 3) and she is my easy going eat whatever i give her.

Make one positive change at a time. When it's part of routine, make another. If you want to make slow organic changes, start with the dirty dozen. Then stop buying organic in the clean 15. Google it. One change at a time.
