Pretty sure I had a miscarriage tonight. I'm devastated. I am currently in the ER to rule out ectopic pregnancy. It all started with left side back pain and left side cramping this morning. By 8:00 pm I started bleeding enough to saturate when I wipe. We will see what the doctor says... 😔 Update: I find out the results of my serial hcg on Monday. Today I had some dark red/brown spotting but the cramping has stopped. Any hope for me?
