Do you do a nap befor bedtime?

Do you do a quick nap befor bedtime? If so how long do u allow and how old is your little one.

I struggle to get her down at this time but she really needs a quick nap to get her through bath and bottle for bedtime otherwise shes cranky. Just not sure how long i should let her nap for. She generally like to be up fo 2 hrs at a time

My son still needs a 30 min nap every 1.5 hrs otherwise he gets too tired and whiny. Sometimes he takes a longer nap towards the evening (1-2hrs) but I try to never wake my son up lol you never wake up a sleeping baby if you know what's good for you ))

My Baby Is Almost 14Weeks And She Naps Every 2 Hours . She Can't Stay Awake More Than 2Hours !

I let my almost 15 week old do what he wants.. he's tired then he sleeps. I never wake a sleeping baby! Hahaha

My LO is 3 months-
I usually have her cat nap around 4:30-5:00- usually for 30-45 minutes.

Then around 8 we start bedtime routine..usually she is down for the night Btwn 8:30-9:30 depending on the day
