I missed my period last month and now it's 2 days late this month. I took pregnancy tests and they were all negative so I don't think I'm pregnant. For the past couple of days I've had really light cramps in my back. Yesterday after I had sex there was some bleeding but nothing really after an hour. Idk if that was from sex or if I was spotting. The blood was kinda a light red/brown color and now today my boobs seem like they're starting to get a little tender, but they don't hurt like they normally do. Any advice?
