Are you completely healed?

6 weeks pp, and I regret taking a peak down there! TMI but its still like gaping open :( is this normal? Also still have random shooting pains on the inside as well :( any thoughts? I delivered via forceps and also had a 2nd degree episotomy

I had my PP appointment at 5 weeks and I was completely healed. Stitches started falling out or dissolving around week 3 and the bleeding stopped around the same time as well. I never had the courage to look down there lol and wasn't completely ready to have sex again until approximately week 7. 😅

I didn't have an episiotomy but I did have a second degree tear. I'm all healed but still sore and bleeding! I saw my doctor yesterday and she said that this is normal for up to 12 weeks.

I had my 6 week checkup 2 days ago and Dr said I'm all healed, I had an episiotomy. I had a Pap smear and didn't hurt, however the next day when my husband and I had sex, it kinda hurt. Felt like that area is still tender.

I feel fine everywhere else but where my epidural and sometimes catheter was.

I had a delivery with forceps and a third degree tear. My midwife said to me 3 weeks pp that i was completely healed! I had no pain with it and feel completely fine but i havent dared to look properly  yet 🙈

I had a forceps delivery and episiotomy also, and managed to heal pretty much all up, I thought it would take a lot longer! I still  have feelings of slight pressure from time and time though.

i look down there all the time to check episiotomy it has now heeled but the hole still looks a bit open?! 4 weeks pp! stitches came out and bleeding stopped week 3! havnt had sex yet/ terrified!! will things ever be the same again 😫😫 it still looks weird!!

I'm technically healed but I still think I look and feel a little swollen, but improving.

I think my tear is healed, but my vagina still looks more open. It is less than it was a couple weeks ago. Hoping it will continue to improve. 🙈 I'm almost 6 weeks PP.

I'm 6 weeks PP on Saturday... haven't gotten the courage to look down there (had a 2nd degree tear) but I know it's not healed based on the bright red bleeding I get at least once a day still :/ my PP check is tomorrow and I'm super nervous for some reason!
