I just don't know... HELP me! 😁

I have been active for 4 days now and it was during ovulation time for me. Yesterday, my 3rd day, I was feeling very sick to my stomach and having mild cramping. This morning I woke up with diarrhea and feeling sick to my stomach. I had the tight feeling in my throat and non stop cramping. A burning sensation. I know it's only been 4 days but is that too early to feel any type of symptoms. I have no idea if this is truly a stomach bug or me hoping I'm pregnant. I never had diarrhea with my first child that's why I am kinda doubting it. Has anyone had this experience? And has anyone known you were pregnant 4 days into trying?
