I used nipple shields and cream i.use soothing but i still have to pump more then actually feed her because it hurts to much and I cannot seem to keep my supply up with her demands. I have been to a lactation consultant and she just pushed her views on breast milk only. I am supplementing with formula and even tried diluted sweetened condensed milk mixed with breast milk which worked wonders she wasn't gassy or fussy like she is on breast milk or formula alone and combined. I wish i could find a mixture of sweetened condensed milk formula and breast milk that made her happy
