My husband and I are in conflict over this issue. Our week old baby boy sleeps so well in our arms and in his napper. But when we try to put him in his crib he cries right away and then it takes a while to calm him back down. I think it's because he was so warm and nestled in my tummy for so long he doesn't know what to do in a big, cold crib all by himself. I want to bring the baby into bed with us, but my husband is adamant we should not. He says the risks are way too big and will not put our child in harms way. We are going to try to move the napper up to our room and see if that works. But I'm wondering what you guys think. Any advice/experience in this matter?
