ladies I really need advice 😖

So I'm 9 days late (cd39) longest cycle I have ever had. I'm super confused by the fact I have cramping on and off left and right side. Mostly was left for awhile. I had a temp dip recently as shown in chart but idk if that means I ovulated late?... i have a high soft closed cervix. Lots of cm in the morning. I called the doc for blood work and she said I could go In for an appointment on Monday. I'm super worried because I got a faint positive one day and then I don't have one. Thought I had a early chem or somehing but never bled! Still haven't bled and so now my concern is ectopic pregnancy? No positive hcg though ... Idk anyone relate? Have had symptoms here and there. Boobs pulling in and men... super moody and 😣 irritated

I almost wanna go to the ER and get an ultrasound
