I am new to this app

So my last period was period was sept 27 and I was suppose to get it around oct 27 or so. So I took a pregnancy test nov 1st and it was positive. I took another that say which was digital that said pregnant. The next morning I took one again which said pregnant as well. But day after I had pink spot and it stopped and this morning I had brown discharge. Today I also went to my ob gyn and when I got there and went to pee in a cup, i had red blood coming out. The doc did a ultra sound which she said it's too early to see anything and I got a blood test done which I will find out the results tomorrow. But now I'm bleeding which I'm scared cuz I don't think that's normal.
