Can I chew birth control pills?

I am going to start the pill soon, but I have a huge fear of swallowing pills (stupid, I know). is it okay to swallow birth control pills? (I'm going to take MonoNessa, if that's the name)

The pills they just gave me today (Minastrin) are chewable and also mint flavored. So I think it just depends on what you have

The pills are literally so small sometimes I look in my drink to see if it actually went down my throat or in my drink because I don't notice. I took mine today without any drink because I didn't have one. Totally can't even notice them.

You do not want to chew them! Aside from the fact theyre meant to be swallowed they are soo gross and chalky! Theyre super tiny so its not even noticeable when swallowing them! Just put it in your mouth fill it with water and swallow you wont notice the pill in there trust me

I used to struggle with swallowing pills so much! The key to it is to relax your throat and stuff, hold some water and the pill in your mouth and then swallow it in one big gulp. It worked for me ❤❤ if you still don't want to, there are chewable pills out there, but it's not a good idea chewing ones that cant be chewed❤❤
