help? discharge?

I am 19 and have pcos and endo. I've had 1 miscarriage and I'm super aware of my bodily functions and such. But I just wiped and had very stringy discharge. It was clear/white. It looked like one of those sticky hands you throw at the wall. Lmao. What is wrong

I already ovulated for this cycle!
