Undoing healthy habits?

Is anyone else in this situation:

My husband and I have spent the last 2 years really developing good eating habits. We aren't perfect, but we don't eat out as much, we cook most of our meals and don't keep frozen prepackaged food in the house. I get home a while before him from work and I'm hungry. No energy to cook. Craving mac n cheese or a hot pocket. Wanting to vomit at the idea of grilled chicken or a salad. Does this pass?
