Man- I cannot take this serious indigestion. I've taken 5 tins tonight with no relief. Anyone have any tips?

I had to give up on tums and started taking Zantac and oh the difference and help has been amazing!

Bragg's apple cider vinegar. A tablespoon in a little water and shoot it down. It worked for me every night. I always got the burning reflux at night. I actually havent had to use it the last couple weeks luckily. It's not medicine, just vinegar so it can't hurt and you can't overdose.
