My boyfriend and I were having sex a couple months ago and he choked me (I like it) All of the sudden, I got a very sharp pain behind my eye like I was getting stabbed. It lasted for about 5 minutes, then there was just a constant pain behind my eye for the rest of the night. Tonight, we had sex again and he tried choking me. I got the same sharp pain and we had to stop. It's my favorite thing so it sucks that we can't do it anymore, but I wonder what causes the sharp pain. He's choked me many times before and it never happened. What could be causing this? Should I see a doctor even if the pain is gone the next day ?
