Am I fired from Target?

So I have worked for Target for a little over a month, still under the probation period. I was told the last time I worked a couple days ago that im too slow. When unloading the truck, since I work nights, but haven't had complaints about anything else. Tonight I wanted to log in to see what time I worked and it said my log in no longer exists. The system wasn't down, just my login was no longer there. I called the supervisor that works today's and instead of telling me that there was a problem with the website she responded with, "Not sure if your fired or not, I'll have the call you once they come in tonight." What do you think?
