5 months still wakes up at night

i am very tired seriously when is she going to sleep all night.? just one night please!! she is taking more milk and also eating cereal !! i tried everything, schedule a night time for 5 weeks straight and nothing!!! i am exhausted of waking up to feed her i know she needs it or she is used to it i just want to sleep... i wake up at 4 to work and literally i just want to cry it out at this moment , sleep outside she wakes up every 2-3 hours ...
