Sign labor is approaching?

Question

Woke up twice within a half hour with sour vomit quickly making it's way up my throat. Never actually threw up but almost did in bed all over myself out of no where.

39+4. Sign labor is starting soon?

Not a sign of labor I have ever experienced (3 kids and counting) or ever heard of (three different birth classes).
Sounds more like severe acid reflux.  Sorry about it.  It's kept me up at night, never actually vomited, but wanted to. 
When labor truly begins YOU'LL KNOW, you won't guess, your mind will just click and you'll go "oh okay, THIS is it."  I've done it three times!

Could very well be. My doctor told me flu like symptoms or an upset stomach could mean labor is coming. Watch for those contractions to start.

Acid reflux. Oh join my club! Icecream will help if you have it. I take mylanta. Only thing that has helped, oh and keep your head elevated while sleeping and sleep on your left side.
