Light period, bad cramps, constipation
Since about two weeks about i haven't pooped much without laxatives or without straining which i've come to a conclusion that might be IBS. but now today i started my period and it's super light. which it never is? but the cramps were SO bad. could having IBS or constipation affect my period flow? or what's going on?
