Can I take anything for a sore throats and runny nose? I'm 31 weeks pregnant😷

This is horrific but gargle with apple cider vinger! Use mouth wash afterwards and you will feel a hUGE difference! Make sure it actually hugs your throat... you will literally almost barf but it's worth it.

Benadryl, some of the sudafeds are ok- check with your dr/pharmacist for which one. 
Hot water or tea with lemon & honey.
