Embarrassing Advice

So me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship and I've known him for almost two years and we've been dating for 11 months.

Now, while we've been dating we've usually done sexual type roleplays together (I guess sexting but with more story??). But very recently he said he wanted to stop it completely because we had become too dependent on it as a show of affection...

I thought maybe he just isn't into it anymore because he's been really stressed out and his seed drive was low, but last night he expressed to me that he was... Well in the mood but wouldn't allow me to make a move...

I'm really confused on what to do... I'm getting all kinds of mixed signals... I want to wait it out but I have needs too and I enjoy getting that special attention from him and only him.... What should I do?
