induction???

So was having cramping pain all day yesterday!!! Having contractions and feeling cramp pain I never felt so the assessment center decided I would be admitted last night.. because babies heart rate kept spiking they did an ultrasound and monitored till 2 am and said her bpp was an 8 out of 8 which is very good so she's okay. then after continuing having contractions  I decided to go home because they couldn't really do anything for me as I'm not thinning or dilating all they can do for me right now is give me pain meds to help ease the pain. I was checked 5 times last night while having the contractions. The contractions were very painful cramps. Nurse said I was having them every 4 to 5 minutes but I decided to go home because I was never dilating. I have an appointment with my doc Tuesday to discuss induction for next week or wait another week. My due date is nov 10th! Any options on what I should do???
