Faint line?

Okay ladies I will be 2 weeks late on Monday. Been having symptoms but no positives. I took this test this morning and saw a negative. (I made an apt with the doc on Monday to get checked out). My friend edited it and said she saw something. Me and my husband see something faint on the edited on but not on the orginal. Idk if it's me or if I should believe it or not. Opinions ladies?
